A traditionally furnished, homely, third floor apartment with balcony and spectacular sea views. The apartment is easily accessed via one flight of stairs from a long sloping drive.
The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location.
The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.
NB: Bed linen is only provided for beds and not sofa beds
Accommodation: Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a sofa bed, coal effect electric fire, occasional furniture, flat screen TV/DVD/video. The fully fitted kitchen area has a cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony.
There is a double bedroom recently redesigned to afford a sea view, together with full height mirrored wardrobe. Double bed, bedside tables with elegant bedside lamps and dressing table. The recently upgraded shower room has a step in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 2 in 1 Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed
C/O day - Saturday. Flexible during low season. Electric heating. Telephone for incoming calls. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking. No pets.
