A fabulous, modern one bedroom apartment, nicely appointed with a unique raised dining area from which to enjoy panoramic bay and sea views.
The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks food and beach games and the popular Surfside Cafe as well as changing facilities.
The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The city of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.
Accommodation: Split level lounge/diner with pretty, tasteful furnishings and a large picture window with dramatic views across Caswell Bay. There is a small dining table and 4 chairs, a two-seater sofa that converts into a bed settee, easy chairs, other occasional furniture and a TV with freeview/DVD.
The well appointed galley kitchen has fitted modern units, an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. The cosy double bedroom painted in fresh colours with homely touches, has a double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardobes. The shower has a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
