A bright and modern, first floor, one bedroom apartment, recently decorated and carpeted throughout with many tasteful new furnishings, balcony and wonderful sea views.
To the front of the building there is private parking for visitors and a lawned area with steps down to a beautiful sandy beach flanked by a cliff face. In the furthest corner of the beach there are facilities, kiosks and the popular Surfside Cafe.
Accommodation: The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a sliding door onto the sea facing balcony which has a patio table and two chairs. The fitted kitchen has an electric hob with oven below, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The lounge area has a sofa bed, arm chair, occasional furniture, a TV with digi box and DVD. There is a gate leg dining table with four folding chairs. The bedroom has twin beds and storage. The modern shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 2/4 in a twin room and a sofa bed.
C/O day Sat. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking.
NB. Bed linen is only provided for beds and not for sofa bed.
