A bright and modern, first floor, one bedroom apartment, recently decorated and carpeted throughout with many tasteful new furnishings, balcony and wonderful sea views.
The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique coastal position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location. There are various kiosks food and beach games and the popular Surfside Cafe as well as changing facilities.
The village of Mumbles is just a five minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The city of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.
Accommodation: The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a sliding door onto the sea facing balcony which has a patio table and two chairs. The fitted kitchen has an electric hob with oven below, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The lounge area has a sofa bed, arm chair, occasional furniture, a TV with digi box and DVD. There is a gate leg dining table with four folding chairs. The bedroom has twin beds and storage. The modern shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 2/4: 1 twin, 1 sofa bed.
C/O day - Sat. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking. Vodafone preferred network coverage.
