A large and comfortable two bedroom apartment, which is on the ground floor of a detached house situated in the quiet village of Overton. From the property there is a lovely walk to the small rocky cove of Overton Mere which is under half a mile away, while Port Eynon and Horton Beach are slightly further. The property is also well placed for visiting other popular beaches in South Gower such as Rhossili and Three Cliffs Bay.
Accommodation: The large fitted kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar and has an open plan dining area with a table and chairs for six people. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 seat and 3 seat leather sofas, TV with freeview and other occasional furniture. The large bathroom has a corner 'jacuzzi' bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a WC. There are two double bedrooms.
From the kitchen there are French windows which open onto a paved patio with garden furniture. The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with a gravelled area for parking.
Sleeps 4: 2 double.
