A newly refurbished four bedroom, three bathroom family house with lovely sea views offering a fusion of modern living with traditional style. This substantial property sits in an elevated postion above Horton Beach with a generous terraced private garden and off road parking for two cars.
Accommodation: Ground Floor. Side entrance through porch into the conservatory which has fixed seating (storage under) and occasional furniture. The newly fitted kitchen has a cooking range with a ceramic five ring hob and a double oven, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The sitting room and dining area are open plan with three sets of french windows which open onto the garden. The lounge has a decorative feature fire place two three seater sofas, occasional furniture a TV, DVD, Sky and hi fi. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 people.
First floor: There are two ensuite double bedrooms (both have TV's) and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and WC. The second double has an en suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.
The family bathroom has bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Second floor: There are two further twin bedrooms.
