A four bedroom holiday cottage which is a part of a modern development built on the edge of Port Eynon beach - one of the most famous on Gower. The whole development has been designed to take full advantage of the wonderful southerly location.
The living areas are on the first floor to take advantage of the seaside views, with bedrooms on the ground floor. They are separated from the public walk way by an enclosed garden with individual patios. The holiday homes have been built and furnished with great care by the owner and offer attractive holiday accommodation.
Accommodation First floor: the lounge/diner overlooks the sea, and has comfortable soft seating for seven, a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, and patio doors leading onto a balcony. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. Twin bedroom.
Ground floor: the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room, with wash hand basin, and WC. Twin bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the lawn. The third bedroom has full size bunk beds. Family bathroom with three piece suite and shower over the bath.
C/O day - Sat. Oil central heating. Bed linen & towels provided. Coin operated telephone. Off street parking for two cars. Cot and highchair are available by arrangement with the owner. No Pets. No smoking. WiFi Broadband.
