The School House is a second holiday home at Mulberry Hill, just a stone's throw away from our very popular Mulberry Hill cottage. It is a converted Victorian school which housed the children from the main house. Located in the same walled garden this self-contained cottage is a converted Victorian School and is linked to the owners' own property. The School House has views out towards the famous Three Cliffs Bay, from the rear the views are over Cefn Bryn, an ideal location for walkers. Due to the narrow stairs leading up to the bed/sitting room and down to the shower room, plus steps in the garden and an unprotected garden pool the property is not suitable for young children and the infirm.
Accommodation: Open plan living/dining/kitchen furnished with two armchairs, dining table and chairs, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom/sitting room: double bed and sofa. Bathroom with shower cubicle.
Sleeps 2 in 1 Double
C/O Day - Sat, Colour tv on both floors. Mini Hi Fi. Duvets. Bed linen and towels provided. Dog accepted but by prior arrangement. No children. No smokers.
