A comfortable and spacious two bedroom holiday home with the living areas on the first floor to take full advantage of the wonderful views across Nicholaston Woods, Gower, and out to sea. Access to the property is via an external staircase. Only a 15 minute woodland walk to the beautiful secluded Tor Bay and Oxwich Bay. The nearby farmshop offers local produce and the opportunity to 'pick your own' strawberries.
Accommodation: Entry to the accommodation is on the first floor: the lounge has a three piece suite, occasional chairs, Flatscreen TV/DVD and freeview, dining table and chairs and features a wall of ceiling to floor windows which open onto the veranda. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar with four stools.
Ground Floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The shower room has a walk-in shower cubicle, bidet, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 4: 1 double, 1 twin.
C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Stairgate. Wi-fi available. Patio with patio furniture. Parking for two cars. No pets. No smoking.
