A comfortable and spacious two bedroom holiday home with the living areas on the first floor to take full advantage of the wonderful views across Nicholaston Woods, Gower, and out to sea. Access to the property is via an external staircase. Only a 15 minute woodland walk to the beautiful secluded Tor Bay and Oxwich Bay.
Accommodation First Floor: the lounge has a three piece suite, occasional chairs, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs, and features a wall of ceiling to floor windows which open onto the veranda. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer, washing machine and a breakfast bar with four stools.
Ground Floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The shower room has a walk-in shower cubicle, bidet, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Twin.
C/O day - Sat. Oil central heating. Bed linen and towels are currently not provided but will be provided from Jan 2011. Stair safety gate. Broadband available. Patio with patio furniture. Parking for two cars. No pets. No smoking.
