Dating back over 300 years, and once an outbuilding of Western Farm, this sympathetically restored two bedroom holiday cottage has been renovated to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation, in one of the most scenic locations on Gower.
The cottage features open beams and a wood-burning stove and is set in a peaceful location, surrounded by green fields, over which there are stunning sea views out towards Oxwich Bay.
Accommodation: There is one step down to the lounge and master bedroom. Open plan living accommodation. The lounge/dining area is furnished with two 2-seater sofas, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Two bedrooms: a double, and a twin room. The shower room is equipped a large shower, wash hand basin and a WC.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Twin.
C/O day - Sat. Wood burning stove (starter pack of fuel provided) and electric storage heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Private garden area with patio furniture. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking.
