Conveniently located, this two bedroom holiday cottage which is situated on the border of Mumbles and Langland, has off street parking and is within very easy walking distance of Rotherslade and Langland Bay.
There are a number of lovely walks from the property to Mumbles village, which is about 10 minutes away, the promenade and the coastal paths.
Accommodation: Entrance into kitchen and open plan dining area with stairwell to first floor. The kitchen area has an electric hob with oven under, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave and a serving hatch into the dining area. From the kitchen there is a door into the lounge which has soft seating, occasional furniture, flatscreen TV and DVD and a multi-fuel burning stove. French windows lead from the lounge into the private south facing garden with garden furniture.
From the lounge there is a small utility room which has a washing machine and a freezer.
First Floor: Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double and a twin. The family bathroom is also on this floor and has a white three piece suite with shower over the bath.
Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Twin
C/O day Sat. Electric storage heating and hot water. Bed linen and towels provided. Off road parking. No smoking. Pets accepted.
