An imaginatively converted basement apartment offering stylish accommodation, whilst retaining many original features. The apartment is part of a large Victorian house which is situated just above Mumbles Village and backs on to Underhill Park. Mumbles Promenade, Rotherslade and Langland Bay are all within ten minutes walk.
Accommodation: French windows lead from the patio into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with two sofas and other occasional furniture, TV with Freeview and DVD. This is a through room to other areas of the apartment. Archway into galley kitchen which has a solid oak table with some fixed seating/storage and four chairs. The fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including a five ring gas hob with wok burner, electric fan oven below, dishwasher and larder fridge.
Just beyond the lounge is a study area with a desk and chair. Beyond the study is a utility / through room which leads to a large fully tiled wet room with thermostatic shower, wash hand basin and WC.
From the lounge, at the other end of the apartment there are two large bedrooms: a double and a king size.
External: Courtyard to the rear with patio furniture.
