This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is presented over the first and second floor of a Victorian house. Light and bright and recently refurbished it is located close to the family friendly beaches of Rotherslade and Langland Bay. The heart of Mumbles with its' many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours is less than five minutes walk. Underhill Park is easily accessed and has several football pitches and a children's play area.
Accommodation: There is a large kitchen/diner to the rear of the apartment with access to a courtyard garden. The kitchen has a gas hob with oven below, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a table and chairs for 4 people. The lounge has 2 leather sofas with seating for 5, flatscreen TV and DVD and other occasional furniture. The Large bathroom has a pedestal bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and basin.
2nd Floor - 1 twin bedroom and 1 very large double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside cabinets, both bedrooms include a traditional decorative fireplace.
External: Courtyard garden with patio furniture. There is off road parking for 1 vehicle.
