Situated in the village of Mumbles, just behind All Saints Church, this spacious and comfortable family house has lovely views over Swansea Bay from its first floor sitting room and the upper floors. Access to the property is via a number of fairly steep steps. The promenade is just 150 meters away and the various facilities, activities and attractions that Mumbles has to offer are a short stroll.
Accommodation: Ground floor: fitted kitchen has double oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Dining Room with table and chairs for 8. A sitting room with double futon, TV and DVD.
First floor: the lounge has soft seating for eight and a TV, plus lovely views over Swansea Bay. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Family shower room with WC and wash hand basin. On the second floor there are two further twin bedrooms.
External: to the rear is a small deck.
Sleeps 6/8: 1 double, 2 twin
C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. No bed linen (duvets and pillows only). No towels. Wi-fi available. Small enclosed decked area in garden. Patio furniture. Pet welcome. No smoking. Orange preferred network coverage.
