A well presented 2 bedroom chalet recently redecorated and with new fitted carpets and other furnishings. The chalet has its own parking space to the side and bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a large, newly installed decking area to the rear of the property.
Situated just moments away is Caswell Bay, one of the most popular family beaches on Gower.
Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.
The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs.
Accommodation: Open plan lounge/diner with soft seating, TV/DVD, dining table with three chairs and three stools. The compact kitchen area has a cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with 2' 6" single beds, both bedrooms have a small fitted wardrobe. Bathroom bath and wash hand basin. Separate WC off.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms, 1 Double, 1 Twin (2' 6" single beds).
C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Parking to side of property. No pets. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided.
