A comfortable, traditionally furnished two bedroom, detached, double glazed chalet with parking for 2 cars.
The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs.
Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.
Accommodation: Lounge/diner with convertible 4' sofa bed, TV/DVD, table and chairs. Compact kitchen equipped with full size cooker with four ring hob, microwave, fridge and spin-dryer.
Bedrooms: one double and one with two bunk beds (2'6") and a cot.
Bathroom has a shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 6: 1 double, 1 with 2 bunk beds (2'6")
C/O day - Sat. Electric heating. Cot, stairgate and booster seat provided. No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Parking alongside for 2 cars. No pets. No smoking. Vodafone preferred network coverage.
Updates for 2012 - Bedrooms will be 1 double and 1 triple with 1 single 1 bunk (2'6") and cot.
In 2012 the chalet will sleep 5 in 2 bedrooms or 6 with use of the sofa bed
