Caswell Bay is patrolled by lifeguards in season, has a surf school, and is good for fishing and bathing. Facilities at the beach include recently improved changing facilities and WC, a beach cafe offering a range of fresh produce, and two kiosks selling everything from ice-cream to beach toys.
A comfortable, traditionally furnished two bedroom, detached, double glazed chalet with parking for 2 cars.
The chalet park has numerous local coastal and woodland walks that start more or less on your doorstep, and just a few minutes drive away is the village of Mumbles with its many facilities which will easily cater to your everyday shopping needs.
Lounge/diner with convertible sofa, TV/DVD/Video, table and chairs. Compact kitchen equipped full size cooker with four ring hob, microwave, fridge and spin-drier. Bedrooms: one double, one twin with 2 sets (2' 6") of bunks. Bathroom has shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 6 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 2 sets of (2'6")bunks, Cot, stairgate and booster seat.
C/O day - Sat. Electric heating (Electricity included). No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Parking alongside for 2 cars. No pets. No smokers.
