This spacious family house is located in an excellent position in the heart of Mumbles, just a 50 metre stroll from the promenade that stretches the full width of the bay from Swansea to Mumbles Point. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and shops all within an easy stroll. The library is across the road where internet access is available. This property also benefits from two parking spaces directly outside.
Accommodation: The ground floor has a large, modern kitchen with fitted units and an island with breakfast bar. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Access can also be gained to a small decked area through double doors. The lounge has a flatscreen TV/DVD and freeview, soft seating for five, occasional furniture and a working fireplace. A log pile starter pack is provided. The dining room has a table and chairs for six. There is a second reception room with a double sofa bed and double doors onto the rear garden. The ground floor bathroom has a WC, hand basin and bath with shower over.
First Floor: There are three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single) and a further bathroom. The master bedroom also has a cot provided. The bathroom has a WC, hand basin and bath with shower over.
External: The garden is flat with garden furniture for six people and two parking spaces. There is a small decked area to the side of the house which can be accessed through the kitchen.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Ground and first floor bathrooms (both with shower over bath). Bed linen and towels provided. Parking for two cars. Garden. Cot, High chair and 2 stairgates provided. No pets. No smoking.
