This beautifully refurbished first & second floor apartment is situated above Nucleus in the stylish 'Top Shops' area of Mumbles and features a top deck where there are spectacular views across Swansea Bay.
The apartment has easy access to all the restaurants, shops, pubs and the local attractions within the village. Swansea City Centre is only five miles away and the local beaches of Langland and Caswell are also very easily reached. The apartment is accessed by a rear stairwell.
Accommodation: The first floor, large and airy open plan living area has a kitchen/breakfast section to one end (which opens via sliding patio door onto a decked veranda) and a large lounge area to the other.
The fitted kitchen has a built-in electric oven and hob with extractor hood over, dishwasher, washing machine, a breakfast bar and stools and an island housing the fridge and freezer. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
The living area has generous soft seating, and a window seat (from which there are glimpses of the sea) flat screen TV, DVD and FreeView and other occasional furniture.
Spiral staircase to second floor (which may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or children). Two bedrooms: the double bedroom has a low double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe. The twin bedroom is similarly arranged.
The shower room, has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
External: There are two terraces of which, the top deck is very large and has superb views of Mumbles pier and beyond.
