A three bedroom detached property located in the very quiet area of Blackpill, on the outskirts of Mumbles, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six people, and featuring plenty of off street parking.
Blackpill, which is half-way between Swansea city centre and Mumbles, has a combined convenience store and Post Office, The Woodman Pub, The Junction Cafe, a petrol station and the Mumbai Indian Restaurant, all within walking distance.
There are also a variety of walks and activities in the area including Clyne Gardens, Blackpill Lido, Clyne Valley country park, Clyne golf club, Clyne Farm activity centre, Pitch & Putt golf course, Singleton Park and Botanical gardens, and the Wales National Pool.
Accommodation: The double aspect lounge has soft seating for six, TV/DVD, and double doors leading into the dining room. The double aspect dining room has a dining table and chairs/bench that will seat six and occassional furniture.
The modern fitted kitchen has an electric double oven with four ring hob, microwave and a breakfast table and chairs. The utility room has a fridge/freezer and washing machine and leads into the ground floor shower room which has an electric shower, WC and wash basin.
First floor: There are three spacious bedrooms, two double and 1 twin. The family bathroom has a bath, WC and wash basin.
Exterior: There are large gardens laid to lawn and patio. Parking for up to 6 cars.
