An attractive three bedroom detached bungalow set in its own private grounds close to Burry Green. The bungalow is ideal for both walkers and beach lovers alike, Llangennith is approximately 10 minute drive whilst the untouched charm of North Gower is on your doorstep. The geese on the village green are a short stroll away.
Accommodation; Hallway leading into a lounge, with chesterfield sofas for 6 people, TV, wood burning stove and occasional furniture. The dining room has table and chairs for 6, soft seating for one, music system with ipod connection and access to the kitchen. The fitted kitchen has oven with 4 ring hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and access to the private rear garden.
There are three bedrooms; two with double beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has bunks with 4ft double on the bottom. The fully tiled family bathroom has three piece suite and separate shower enclosure.
Outside: Private gardens to front and rear with off road parking for two vehicles. Garden furniture for 6.
Sleeps 6: 2 doubles, one set of bunkbeds (4ft bunk on bottom).
