An attractive, semi detached, ground floor, one bedroom apartment recently modernised to a high specification with tasteful, contemporary furnishing and off road parking. Situated just round the corner from Mumbles.
For those not wanting to use the car, there is a bus' stop just outside the apartments with a service to Mumbles and onto Swansea. Castellamare Italian restaurant & cafe bar overlooking Bracelet Bay and Fortes Ice-cream parlour are within a few minutes walk.
Accommodation: Sliding patio doors lead from the terrace into the livingroom which 2 leather sofas, coffee tables, flat wall mounted TV digital reception and a dining table and four chairs. The fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including a 2 ring ceramic hob with griddle and extractor hood over, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Door to rear.
The master bedroom is decorated in contemporary, 'boutique style' colours and furnishings and has a king size bed and built in storage. The modern, tiled shower room has a corner shower cubicle with power shower, WC and wash hand basin.
