A comfortable extended two bedroom chalet , featuring two living rooms and a pretty enclosed lawn garden. The property, which benefits from having its own private parking space, has lovely views over Mumbles Hill and towards the lighthouse. This chalet is ideal for those wishing to be near Mumbles Village and the beaches of Langland and Caswell. The chalet is comfortably furnished and well equipped.
The large comfortable lounge is furnished with a three piece suite, TV, log effect electric fire, occasional furniture and dining table and chairs for four. A patio door leads from the second sitting room to the rear garden, this room is furnished with soft seating and occasional furniture. The kitchen is equipped with wall and base units, electric cooker with extractor fan, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The double bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has wc and bath with electric shower over, wash handbasin.
