This beautifully renovated traditional Gower cottage (the birthplace of the explorer Mr Edgar Evans) has wonderful views over the Rhossili countryside and out across the Bristol Channel to the Devon coast.
The cottage backs on to Rhossili Down, with a rich variety of bird life and freely roaming ponies and donkeys, which can be appreciated from the open plan layout of the ground floor. There are plenty of walks in all directions from the house, including Mewslade, Fall Bay, Worms Head, Rhossili beach and Llangennith.
Accommodation Ground floor: The lounge/diner has soft seating for seven, a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. (Freezer in Garage) The family bathroom is on the ground floor and has a three piece suite, bidet and shower cubicle.
First floor: Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and one with three single beds, and a WC with wash hand basin.
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen provided. Towels can be hired for an extra charge. Garden. Garage and parking. Pets welcome. No smoking.
