A traditional and attractive cottage located on the North Gower coast in the village of Llanrhidian. Staval Hagar Cottage is situated on the edge of the estuary and is surrounded by farmland; it is perfectly placed for those who enjoy exploring the Gower peninsula. This spacious three bedroom property has many original features including solid stone walls and traditional fireplaces.
The village of Llanrhidian has a local pub,'The Dolphin Inn', an AA 2 rosette restaurant 'The Welcome to Town Bistro' and a service station which doubles as the local shop. There are many walks in the area making it ideal for ramblers or lovers of the great outdoors. The estuary is full of wildlife and is a known destination for birdwatchers.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Porch leading to large comfortable lounge with log burner, generous soft seating, welsh dresser, coffee table and Flat-screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Second sitting room with two fireside armchairs, two seater sofa, CD player and a book cabinet filled with books. Galley kitchen includes electric oven, four ringed hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. In the dining room, a table seats six comfortably. WC with handbasin.
First Floor: Three bedrooms with garden views, one double with flat screen TV, two twin bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin. A further shower room with shower, wash handbasin and WC.
External: Large enclosed lawned garden, patio with furniture. Garage and parking for up to 3 cars.
Sleeps 6: 1 double, 2 twin
C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair provided. Parking for several cars. No smoking. No pets.
