Situated in approximately 100 acres of open countryside Llanelen Farm is the perfect setting for a totally relaxing 'escape from it all' holiday. The landscape, a mix of woodland and gently rolling hills boasts one of the best places to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the Lougher Estuary, whilst the property itself, which attaches to the owners farmhouse, has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with every modern convenience at hand.
The farm is located just off Welsh Moor Common, which is rich in its historical associations, a site of Special Scientific Interest and home to the decorative breed of Jacob sheep. The closest village is Llanrhidian with its pretty church, The Dolphin Pub, and fine dining at The Welcome to Gower Restaurant. The Greyhound Pub is just a little further and is a popular eatery for families. Llangenith, is home to many surfing competitions, and the Kings Head Pub is where everyone heads after a day on the beach.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Enter into utility room/hallway with washer/dryer and door into large shower room. The shower room has a WC, hand basin and shower cubicle. The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen has leather seating for 6, large wall mounted flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD, dining table and chairs for six, double doors into large rear garden and kitchen. The fitted kitchen has a fridge and freezer, electric oven, four-ring ceramic hob and microwave.
First floor: There are three bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 double with large en-suite shower room. The shower room has a cubicle, WC and hand basin.
The spacious bathroom has a bath, WC and hand basin.
External: There is a large rear garden with patio area and garden furniture and wonderful views over Llanrhidian.
Sleeps 6: 1 double, 2 twin
C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking. Pet accepted by prior arrangement. No smoking.

COMING SOON
Middle Cottage which sleeps two in 1 double bedroom. It has the same open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area design as the End cottage and is decorated in a similar style. The entrance is through the porch into the tiled downstairs living area with underfloor heating.
The kitchen area contains an integrated fridge and freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The dining area contains table and chairs, with soft seats in the sitting area which also contains a wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and surround sound.
French windows open out onto a paved patio area and lawn.The double bedroom has a super king sized zip and lock bed which can be converted into two single beds if required. please state your preference on booking, The en suite bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower and heated towel rail.
A washer/dryer is also provided in the cottage.
C/O day Sat, bed linen and towels provided, oil central heating, no smoking , ample parking. no pets.
The two cottages can be booked as separate units or can be booked as a single unit which will then sleep eight.
