This detached dormer bungalow has beautiful uninterrupted views out to sea from the rear of the property, and is located in the small village of Middleton, Gower, which is within easy distance of Rhossili and Worms Head. Within 100 yards of the property there is a footpath leading to the beautiful bay of Mewslade.
Accommodation: Ground floor: The lounge features a large picture window overlooking the garden with spectacular sea views, and is furnished with a three piece leather suite and a TV/DVD and stereo system. The dining room, also with sea views, has a dining table and chairs for six. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and table and chairs for four. The fridge/freezer is in an area adjoining the kitchen. There are two ground floor bedrooms: a single and a twin, and a family bathroom with a three-piece suite, and an electric shower over the bath.
First floor: Two double bedrooms (one has a TV/DVD) and a second bathroom which has a three-piece suite and a shower cubicle.
External: The property benefits from large front and rear gardens. There is off street parking for three cars to the front and a large south facing rear garden with sea views and garden furniture.
