A light and airy, one bedroom, first floor apartment with stunning uninterrupted views over Limeslade Bay. This property is situated on the coast road next to the entrance to the coastal path. The first leg of the path takes you to Rotherslade (about 20 mins) where there is a beachside cafe - a great place to chill out with the Sunday Newspapers. Langland is the next bay and accessible by foot or if you prefer 5 mins by car.
Even closer to home are Limeslade and Bracelet Bay - literally on your doorstep. Fortes Ice cream parlour is the closest Eatery and has a simple menu whilst Castlemare, is a very popular Italian cafe and restaurant with beautiful views towards Mumbles Head - during low tide it's also possible to walk to the light house.
Accommodation: The lounge is furnished with two, two-seater leather sofa's, dining table and four chairs, TV with Freeview, and glass coffee table. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and a wooden chair. The bathroom has a WC, electric shower and a wash hand basin.
There is parking for one car outside the property.
