This detached holiday home stands in the grounds of the owners bungalow and is situated between Langland and Caswell bay - the gateway to Gower. The accommodation has the most spectacular views accross Langland Golf course and out to sea.
The approach road to the property is a rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.
Ground floor: Fitted kitchen/diner has a built in hob and oven with extractor hood over, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs. Archway through to lounge which has two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), wood/multi-fuel burner, TV/DVD player, CD player, and a patio door which leads to the garden.
First floor: Double bedroom, (plus futon) with a patio window onto a balcony and an en suite bathroom with three piece suite with a shower over bath. The bathroom has a sloping beamed ceiling that is quite low in places.
Sleeps 2/4 in 1 Double bedroom (Queen size double bed), Futon or Sofa Bed.
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating & wood/multi-fuel burner. Coin meter (£1). Bed linen & towels provided for Queen bed only. Duvets and pillows provided for futon or sofa bed. Small lawn with garden furniture. Balcony. Parking on hard stand. No pets. No smoking. Broadband/WiFi available.
