This detached holiday home stands in the grounds of the owners bungalow and is situated between Langland and Caswell bay - the gateway to Gower. The accommodation has the most spectacular views across Langland Bay Golf course and out to sea.
The approach road to the property is a rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.
Accommodation: Fitted kitchen/diner has a built in hob and oven with extractor hood over, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs. Archway through to lounge which has two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), wood/multi-fuel burner, TV/DVD player, CD player, and a patio door which leads to the garden.
First floor: Double bedroom, (plus futon) with a patio window onto a balcony and an en suite bathroom with three piece suite with a shower over bath. The bathroom has a sloping beamed ceiling that is quite low in places.
The Summer House benefits from a Photo Voltaic solar panel system supplying environmentally friendly electricity to the property.
Sleeps 2/4 in 1 Double bedroom (Queen size double bed), Futon or Sofa Bed.
C/O day Sat. Gas CH & wood/multi-fuel burner. Bed linen & towels provided for Queen bed only. Duvets and pillows provided for either futon or sofa bed. Small lawn with garden furniture. Balcony. Parking on hard stand. WiFi available. Vodafone preferred network coverage. No pets. No smoking.
