Close to Gower, this spacious and airy family house has been recently renovated to provide comfortable family accommodation. The property is situated near the Gower Road, half way between Mumbles and Swansea, making it an ideal location for those looking for a convenient base to explore Mumbles, Swansea and Gower.
From the upper floor there are lovely views over the roof tops and across Swansea Bay.
Accommodation, ground floor: the lounge and dining area has two sofas, an armchair, occasional furniture, a TV with DVD and free view, dining table and chairs for four. The kitchen/diner has fitted units with a gas range cooker with five ring hob, and a large gas oven below, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dining table and chairs for four. There are French windows onto a spacious deck which is on two levels and has garden furniture.
First floor: there are three bedrooms: a double, a single and a room with bunk beds. Both the single and the double have views over Swansea Bay. The bunk bedroom also has an en suite shower and separate WC with wash hand basin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with an electric shower over the bath.
Sleeps 5 in 1 double, 1 set bunk beds, 1 single.
C/O day Sat. Gas CH, Bed linen and towels provided. Private enclosed garden with patio furniture, Off street parking for one car. Broadband. No pets. No smoking.

We have regularly visited Swansea & The Gower for the last 15 years and originally stayed int he university accomodation until they stopped doing holdiay lets. Since then we have stayed in various self catering houses but I would say this has been the best house we have stayed in.
