A large and exclusively designed family home, in an enviable position. This versatile property is ideal for visitors seeking golf breaks and is within strolling distance of Langland Golf Course. It is very close to the 'Blue Flag' family beaches of Langland and Caswell. While the bustling village of Mumbles with its many boutiques, restaurants/cafes and pubs is just a short drive away, this is also an ideal location for accessing the wonderful scenery, beaches, activities and attractions that are available on Gower.
Accommodation: The house is open plan, with a galleried first floor which features a spacious sitting area. On the ground floor there is a large family room with soft seating and a feature fireplace (with gas fire) and patio doors onto the front garden. The media lounge has further soft seating, and a flat screen TV/DVD with surround sound. The raised dining area has a large round table with seating for eight. The fitted kitchen has a gas range double oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ground floor bedroom which has a king size bed that can be converted into two single beds. The family bathroom has a step in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
First floor: At the top of the oak staircase you are greeted by a further lounge area with an electric fireplace and two large sofas -an ideal place to read a book or just relax away from the rest of your party. There are three further spacious bedrooms - all have en suite facilities, each bedroom is furnished with a king size bed that can be converted into two singles. All bedrooms are furnished with plenty of built in storage space.
External: There are front and rear gardens offering morning and evening sun with parking for 2 cars comfortably (4 cars at a squeeze). Patio furniture provided for rear garden.

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Private rear gardens. Parking for two cars. WiFi available. Travel cot and highchair available. No Pets. No smoking.
