An exclusive, ground floor, two bedroom apartment in this prestigious Grade 2 listed building with sea views, king size beds, two bathrooms and circular dining room located in the manor building's original round tower. beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment . The apartment has high ceilings throughout and retains many of its original features.
Right on your doorstep is Langland Beach. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or Mumbles Head, and within walking distance is the village of Mumbles, with its enviable array of bars and restaurants. Langland Bay golf course and tennis courts are minutes away from the apartment.
Accommodation: The property has its own private entrance into a spacious hallway. The sitting room has full length sash windows offering stunning views across the bay and is comfortably furnished with soft seating, digital TV and occasional furniture. In the corner of the sitting room is the turret: a circular dining area. The separate kitchen/diner has a further dining table with six chairs and is fully fitted with integrated appliances including a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer dryer. There are two double bedrooms: both have king size beds and one has an en suite facility with WC and wash hand basin.
