A unique, one bedroom apartment on two floors with exceptional period features situated in a ground floor annexe to the rear of Langland Bay Manor, a deluxe Grade 2 listed Victorian manor building, set in mature landscaped grounds. A rare opportunity to stay in a converted chapel characterised by exposed beams, high gothic ceilings, original stone walling, feature doors and windows with richly coloured furnishings, furniture and chandeliers adding to its sense of drama.
Right on your doorstep is Langland Beach. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or Mumbles Head, and within walking distance is the village of Mumbles, with its enviable array of bars and restaurants. Langland Bay golf course and tennis courts are minutes away from the apartment.
Accommodation: Door into galley kitchen which has a range of fitted deluxe units, with granite work surfaces and integrated appliances including: a single oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and waste disposal unit. Feature door into dining room with seating for six people which is a slip room into hallway with doors to alley and lounge. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, occasional furniture and TV/DVD/freeview. Stairs to first floor where there is a double bedroom (with kingsize bed) and a deluxe shower room. The bedroom has exposed beams and dark wood furniture.
