This large five bedroom holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to ten people. The property is well positioned with a large rear garden boasting stunning views towards the sea.
The fishing village of Mumbles is a ten minute walk away. The village offers fashionable boutiques, cafes, international and traditional cuisine restaurants and a selection of ice cream parlours including Verdis, Joe's, Ripples and Castellamaire. The popular sea front promenade stretches from Mumbles pier to Swansea Marina (approx 4 miles).
Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are less than 5 minutes in the car. There are two local pubs within 100 yards: the Rock and Fountain and the Newton Inn. The Newton Inn serves restaurant style food in a pub environment on most evenings.
Accommodation: The accommodation is spread over three floors. There are three double bedrooms (one with en suite) and two twin bedrooms. There is also a further family bathroom. There is a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area, shower room and summer room on the ground floor.
The summer room leads to a large garden with a large table and ten chairs that are ideal for 'al fresco' dining. There is a further decked area with garden furniture and views towards the sea.
External: the lawned area leads to a further summer/smokers house at the bottom of the garden.
Sleeps 10: 3 double, 2 twin
C/O Day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. One parking space. One small pet accepted by arrangement. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. No smoking. O2 preferred network coverage.
