A stunning second floor luxury waterfront, two bed apartment, (with lift) in one of the latest developments in the Maritime Quarter.The apartment features a 4 metre floor to ceiling wall of windows which extend around a corner giving fantastic panoramic views over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles Head.
The apartment is ideally placed for the promenade which stretches all the way to Mumbles, while the attractions of the Marina and the city of Swansea are within easy walking distance.
Accommodation: The furnishings are light and modern throughout. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area overlooks the sea with panoramic views across Swansea Bay. The lounge has a large leather corner unit with glass occasional tables, a 32" flat screen TV/DVD and Freeview. Patio doors open onto a generous corner balcony which has patio furniture.
