A beautifully presented, first floor beach side apartment with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay and as far as Mumbles Head. The apartment, which has two bedrooms (one en suite), is newly furnished throughout and features a balcony with patio furniture.
Directly in front of the apartment is the promenade which stretches all the way from the Marina to Mumbles Head. The attractions of Swansea are within walking distance while the beaches of Mumbles and Gower are within half an hours drive.
Accommodation: The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan. The kitchen area has integrated appliances including a gas hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and a small window with sea views. The dining area has a table with seating for four and a window with further sea views. The lounge is furnished with two leather sofas, occasional furniture, TV and DVD.
Both bedrooms have double beds and storage. The master bedroom also has an en suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite with shower over the bath.
