Set in attractive landscaped grounds, this well presented 2 bedroom holiday chalet, is situated in Oxwich Leisure Park, Gower.
It is the ideal place for those wanting a quiet location, within easy walking distance of Oxwich, a beautiful sandy beach stretching all the way to Three Cliffs Bay.
Just a few minutes walk away is the village, which has a small store, fish and chip shop, a tea room and the Oxwich Bay Hotel that welcomes families. During high season a water sports club operates from the beach with everything from doughnut rides to windsurfing and sailing - and there's a water taxi for those wishing to venture further.
Accommodation: The lounge/diner has two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV & DVD. The living room and patio also have the advantage of a westerly aspect.The fitted galley kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: one double, and one with full size bunk beds. The bathroom has a three-piece suite with shower over bath.
Outside there is a patio with garden furniture.
C/O day - Sat. Electric heating (£1 Coin meter). No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Bed linen and towels can be hired for an extra charge. Terrace with patio furniture. Reserved parking space. No pets.
