Ideally located in the village of Mumbles this two bedroom, well presented house offers wonderful sea views across Swansea Bay. Everything that Mumbles has to offer is within easy walking distance including the many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours. The beaches at Langland Bay and Rotherslade Bay can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes.
Accommodation: Ground Floor: Entrance in to the hallway with doors off to the kitchen and lounge/dining area. The dining room sits four and has French doors opening on to a patio area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a four seater sofa, one chair, coffee table, TV and an open fire. Fitted kitchen is well equipped, with a four ringed hob gas cooker and oven with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor: Twin room with wash basin, double bedroom with sea views, family tiled bathroom with shower over the bath.
External: The rear garden is terraced with a patio area and garden furniture (not suitable for unsupervised children). There is also a drive which is suitable for a small vehicle as the access is very narrow.
Sleeps 4: 1 double, 1 twin
C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Wi-fi available. Travel Cot, high chair and stair gate available. Sea Views. Pet accepted. Off road parking for one car. No smoking.
