An idyllic and characterful cottage set on the fringe of Cefn Bryn in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Penmaen. The cottage has undergone complete redecoration and upgrading and includes a newly fitted kitchen. Within walking distance is the enchanting Three Cliffs Bay - a favourite for walkers, pony trekkers, and the subject of photographers world wide. Whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden, a stroll across the Bryn or explore the many beaches within a short drive - Myrtle Cottage is the perfect getaway for a peaceful family holiday.
Accommodation: Entrance into open plan kitchen and dining area. The newly fitted kitchen has an electric ceramic hob with oven under, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine. Door to downstairs shower room which has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Further door to lounge which is furnished with a three piece suite, a rocking chair, a writing desk, other occasional furniture and features a wood burning stove. A new 32" flat screen TV with DVD and freeview.
Stairs lead to first floor where there are two bedrooms: a double and a twin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite: bath, wash hand basin and WC.
External. The cottage benefits from a beautifully planted mature garden which is mainly laid to lawn with borders and has a distinct country cottage feel.
