A comfortable and spacious three bedroom detached holiday bungalow located in the residential area of West Cross. The property has a secluded rear garden with lovely views over Swansea Bay and Mumbles. The beaches of Langland and Caswell, and the village of Mumbles are all approximately one mile away.
Within a few minutes walk are the local shops in West Cross Lane. Also close by are local pubs providing pub fayre.
Accommodation: The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with soft seating, TV/DVD/video, music centre, dining table and chairs, and overlooks the back garden with casement doors opening onto the patio area. The fitted kitchen has a gas hob with built in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Bedrooms: 2 doubles, both with TV's, and one twin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with an electric shower over the bath.
External: there is a large flat private garden to the rear of the property with beautiful views over Swansea Bay from the patio.
