A newly restored 1 bedroom converted barn featuring a large galleried sleeping area over the lounge providing comfortable accommodation for 2 people in the village of Newton. An excellent location for accessing the Gower Peninsula.
Ground Floor: Stable door into tiled living area/kitchenette. The kitchenette is hand crafted and has a sink with electric water heater, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a continental style 2 ring electric hob with small oven below, and a microwave. The living area has a sofa bed (available for one person when it is being occupied by no more than two people), dining table and chairs and a wall mounted portable TV/DVD. There is an interconnecting door to Ref 164 which can be locked from both sides.
First Floor: The galleried bedroom has a king size bed and a small en suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.
Sleeps 2 in galleried bedroom with a king sizebed.
C/O day Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking for 1 car. Not suitable for children under 10. No pets. No smoking.
