This converted telephone exchange, provides comfortable holiday accommodation for four people. Situated in the village of Southgate, Gower, there are a multitude of walks right on your doorstep from the rugged coastline of East and West Cliff to the golden sands of Three Cliffs Bay and just a short walk to pobbles beach.
Accommodation Ground floor: Sitting/dining room has a bay window overlooking the front garden and has a three-piece suite, TV and DVD, a dining table and four chairs. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The family bathroom has a three-piece suite with shower over bath. Twin bedroom.
Stairs lead from the lounge to a large gallery with a double bed. This area is a sliproom into a further twin bedroom.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Twin bedrooms
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Use of the small garden with garden furniture. Off street parking. Cot and highchair available on request. One pet by arrangement. No smoking.
