A charming 200 year old farm cottage in the pretty North Gower village of Three Crosses with extensive gardens and fine rural views towards Cefn Bryn. The cottage is very welcoming with Welsh cakes and flowers on arrival and a traditional Welsh tapestry blanket, as well as a duvet, on every bed.
Within walking distance, Three Crosses has two public houses serving food, a post office/general store, golf club, riding stable and play park. This is an ideal location for just relaxing or for exploring the spectacular beaches and walk ways of Gower, while Swansea city centre and vibrant Mumbles are both just a 10 minute drive away.
The property sleeps up to nine people and offers good versatile holiday accommodation for an extended family or group of friends.
Accommodation: Ground floor: The beamed lounge has soft seating for 9 people, gas fire, TV with freeview and VCR, DVD and video, radio CD/cassette player and board games. The dining room has a dining table seating 9, a coal effect gas fire and wall mounted TV. The ground floor bedroom with twin beds and a TV (ideal for the elderly or disabled). The well equipped fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The family bathroom has a three-piece suite plus 'wet room' style shower to one side (ideal for the elderly or some disabled).
First Floor: There are three bedrooms - two doubles (one with an additional single bed), and one twin. There is also a WC with wash hand basin and airing cupboard.
Sleeps 8/9: 2 double (1 with additional single bed), 2 twin
C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats provided. Free WiFi. Travel cot and highchair provided. Welcome pack provided. Garden furniture and BBQ.
