A charming holiday cottage set in attractive gardens, situated in South Gower, in the heart of Llangennith Village, with sea views over the sand dunes of Rhossili Bay. The Kings Head Pub is just up the road and offers excellent pub food.
The golden sand of Llangennith (which has the reputation of being the best surf beach in the area) is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
Ground floor: The lounge features a wood burning stove, soft seating and a TV/DVD/video. The dining room also has soft seating, a dining table and chairs, and a working open fire. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and deep freeze. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with shower over bath.
First floor: There are three bedrooms, one king, 1 twin and one single.
To the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn, with mature planted borders and fruit trees which create natural shade during the summer months. There is also a pedestrian gate and access to parking.
C/O day - Sat. Oil fired central heating. Extensive gardens. Bed linen and towels provided. Cot available. Off street parking for two/three cars. Garage. No Pets. No smoking.
