A detached, four bedroom architect-designed family house in the heart of Llangennith Village surrounded by open countryside and with a large private garden and exterior decking and patio area. This exclusive property enjoys spectacular views across Llangennith Bay and Rhossili Downs. Only 5 minutes drive (or 15 minute walk) from the beach. The house is appointed to a very high standard, has 2 bathrooms, private parking and ample, safe storage in an adjoining double garage.
Atlantic Haven is the perfect base from which to explore the coast and Gower Peninsular, and within walking distance of village facilities including PJ's Surf Shop and the Kings Head pub serving up quality pub food.
Accommodation: Ground floor: The entrance to the property is via a striking, light-filled glass atrium. A large, modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, electric cooker, and gas hob. An adjoining utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate cloakroom with WC. A spacious lounge furnished with soft seating, a 42 inch Plasma TV, and Playstation 3 (which plays DVD's). Dual aspect French windows lead out onto the large rear garden with a raised decked area and outdoor dining furniture. In addition to the central heating, there is a gas coal effect fireplace creating a cosy atmosphere. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and is accessed from both the hall and kitchen. There is a ground floor snug with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping for 1/2 persons.
First Floor: A spacious landing with stunning views from the atrium. The master bedroom with sea views furnished with wardrobes, a king size bed and an en suite wet room and WC. A second king size bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. There is also a twin bedroom and a single with a pullout bed, a family bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower, WC and shaver point.
External: The front garden has a driveway with parking for 2 to 3 cars, plus there's a large, sunny aspect rear garden with raised decked area and outdoor dining furniture. A double garage provides safe storage for bikes and beach items.
