A pretty period stone cottage situated in the picturesque North Gower village of Cheriton. Originally two cottages, now combined to give spacious holiday accommodation, it has been sympathetically renovated retaining many original features.
Ground floor: lounge/diner features a stone fireplace with a wood burning stove, and has a 3-seater sofa and two, 2-seater sofas, an easy chair, a dining table and four chairs, TV and video. The kitchen/breakfast room has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and built-in refridgerator, long refectory table and chairs. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and there are doors out to the garden. Shower room has a wash hand basin and a WC.
First floor: Upstairs there are four bedrooms. Three doubles: the master bedroom is en suite with a bath, shower and WC and has a balcony with extensive views over the gardens and the second double has a shower room. The fourth bedroom is a twin. Family bathroom has a three piece suite.
C/O day - Sat. Oil fired central heating. No bed linen (duvets and pillows only) Private and extensive gardens. Patio furniture. Good off road parking. Pet accepted. No smoking.
