A light, bright, modern, well appointed and comfortably furnished two bedroom apartment on the first floor with lovely sea views over Langland Bay. The apartment is well positioned within this popular residential development and makes an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.
Just a short stroll away are the tennis courts, Langland Golf Course and of course Langland Bay, whilst Mumbles and Caswell Bay are either a few minutes by car or, for the more adventurous, try the coastal path.
Accommodation: The lounge has a roomy corner unit, occasional furniture, portable CD and radio, TV,Video, DVD player and Freeview, extending dining table and chairs for six and patio doors onto a balcony. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has integrated appliances including: an electric hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a large free standing fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, occasional furniture, TV, fitted cupboards and a cleverly designed (yet compact) en suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and small basin. The second bedroom has further fitted cupboards, bed side tables, and a 'zip and link' super king which can be divided into two single beds if desired.
The spacious family bathroom is fitted to a high standard with a four piece suite including a wash hand basin, WC, bidet and bath, plus a shower cubicle.
