A comfortable, first floor, two bedroom holiday apartment with a balcony and sea views, decorated and furnished to a high standard. The apartment makes an excellent base for exploring the Gower Peninsula whilst Mumbles and Caswell Bay are only a few minutes drive.
Crawshay Court is a popular residential development overlooking Langland Bay with superb views out to sea, and over Langland golf course. Whether you simply want to enjoy the sea views, stroll on the beach, or take part in many of the activities on offer, this is the perfect all year round location.
The lounge has two 2-seater sofas, dining table and chairs, wall unit, Plasma TV/DVD player and music centre. The new luxury fitted kitchen has a table and four chairs, granite worktops with integrated double oven and microwave, four ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with further views out to sea.
There are two bedrooms one double and one twin. The brand new luxury family bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower attachment, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
The property benefits from a security system, which enables residents to view prospective visitors before opening the front door.
