This ground floor two bedroom holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation with partial views over Langland Bay. Mumbles and Caswell Bay are only a few minutes drive, while the beautiful Gower Peninsula is easily accessed.
Crawshay Court is a popular residential development close to Langland Bay with views out to sea, and over Langland golf course. Whether you simply want to enjoy the sea views, stroll on the beach, or take part in many of the activities on offer, this is the perfect all year round location.
Accommodation: Lounge with TV, DVD and video and an electric coal effect fire. The fitted kitchen/diner has an electric hob with oven below, extractor fan, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and bistro table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite and a walk-in shower unit.
The apartment has a private balcony, with timber decking, which is accessed by patio windows from the lounge.
