Comfortably furnished throughout this spacious two bedroom duplex apartment is on the second and third floors of a popular residential development with wonderful views over Langland Bay.
Crawshay Court makes an excellent location for accessing the Gower Peninsula, whilst Mumbles and Caswell Bay are only a few minutes drive. Whether you simply want to enjoy the sea views, stroll on the beach, or take part in many of the activities on offer, this is the perfect all year round location.
The lounge has two sofas, occasional furniture, a wall mounted Sony plasma 40" with Sky package/DVD, and patio doors onto a balcony. The dining area has a table and six chairs and a side table. Decorative screen through to a large fitted kitchen with granite worksurfaces, integrated appliances, and a centre island with two high stools. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven under, a dishwasher, two fridges, a freezer, a microwave and a washer dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size double bed with fitted furniture and a stereo system and an ensuite bathroom with a three piece suite. The second bedroom has fitted furniture and twin beds, Xbox & Ipod docking station.
