Stunning split level, two bedroom holiday apartment, in a large Victorian house with panoramic views over Langland Bay and direct access to the beach through the garden. An ideal base for accessing Mumbles Village or exploring the Gower Peninsula.
The lounge is on the lower level with a large bay window overlooking the communal garden and Langland Bay. There is also a French window onto a balcony, which has patio furniture, and further sea views. It has a large 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, with matching armchair, a leather swivel chair, and wide screen TV with DVD and Freeview. There are three steps up to the kitchen/diner which features an open wooden framework overlooking the lounge. The dining area has a table and seating for four people and overlooks a landscaped garden with views towards Rotherslade Bay. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a washer dryer, a built in fridge and freezer, a microwave, ceramic hob, built in oven and extractor with hood over.
There are two bedrooms: a double (with a TV with freeview/DVD) and a twin. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with a Jacuzzi bath and shower over.
There is a BT WiFi Hot Spot in the apartment block which can be accessed by searching for the signal on your computer or mobile phone. BT will then ask for payment before connection is made, £3/hour, £5/day or £15 for 5 days.
Access to the apartment is from the car park to the rear of the building via a flight of steps down to the first floor.
