A well presented, four bedroom, pet friendly, family house in the heart of Mumbles Village. The property has two reception rooms, a spacious kitchen/diner and a private courtyard - ideal for al fresco dining.
There are two excellent local pubs within a minutes walk whilst the attractions of Mumbles, the Promenade and the local beaches are within easy reach. This is not just the perfect location for those who simply want to relax and stay local but also a great base for exploring the Peninsula and further afield.
Accommodation: Ground floor: the fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large kitchen table and chairs for six people. Access to enclosed courtyard with patio furniture. The lounge has soft seating for six people, occasional furniture, TV with DVD and free view. There is an additional sitting room with a futon and TV.
First floor: there are four bedrooms: 2 double, a twin and a single room with a small single suitable for a child. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with electric shower over the bath. There is also a separate WC.
External: There is an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture.
Sleeps 6/7: 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single (Childs bed).
C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking for one car. Wi-fi available at £10 per week. Pets accepted. No smoking.
